AZ Auto Detailing Terms and Conditions Service Agreement

This agreement outlines the responsibilities between you (referred to as "Client," "Customer," or "you") and AZAutoDetailing Mobile Detailing LLC (referred to as "AZAutoDetailing," "contractor," "technician," "us," "our," or "we") regarding the services you purchase. By utilizing our services, you agree to the terms of this agreement in its entirety, without any modifications by you. When booking or using AZ Auto Detailing services, you hereby acknowledge and accept the following terms:

Access to Water & Electricity
We require access to water and electricity for all car detailing services. If you lack access to either, please contact us at (480) 634-3072 so we can schedule an appointment at our Scottsdale car detailing location.

Cancellation Policy
We do not offer cancellations, but we do offer rescheduling.
A 48-hour notice is required to reschedule any appointment or service.

Operating & Moving Your Vehicle
During the detailing process and any mutually agreed-upon additional times, please provide us with access to the vehicle. Ensure the vehicle's keys are readily available. By authorizing us, you allow the operation and movement of your vehicle as necessary, determined by our AZ Auto Detailing technician.
